Managing Your Goals

With all the New Year goals and resolutions it’s important to maintain the balance. We need goals. We need to work towards goals to the best of our ability. BUT we don’t need to get crazmo!

Push yes! Push yourself into stress, anxiety, comparison to others and feeling as though you’re a failure …. absolutely NOT!

1. Goals should be achievable bite sized candy bars. That’s all. Small steps in the big picture. Doable. And sweet when done.

2. Goals are motivators. If you look at your goals and SIGH heavily don’t quit, get help! You can do this.

3. How you handle not reaching a goal is just as important and how you handle reaching a goal. Learn to assess, regroup and keep it moving!
